Experiencing the Metaverse on the Worklplace
We welcomed around forty people from the different financial departments of the Danone group around the world to our Tropical Island Campus at the end of November.
MISSION
- To convene approximately forty participants from various financial departments of Danone globally at the Tropical Island Campus, utilizing a vibrant and immersive 3D environment. The Metaverse campus features conference facilities, presentation venues, and a workshop room conducive to small group interactions, enhanced by functionalities such as POST IT notes. Beyond work sessions, attendees indulged in recreational activities like beach dancing, island boat tours, and yacht lounging.
OUTCOME
Carried out on the Spatial.io platform, this event was built in less than a month with the Danone teams.
- Completion of event organization within 3 weeks. Execution on the Spatial.io platform, developed collaboratively with Danone teams in under a month.
- Program development: encompassing conferences, workshops, and break times.
- Environment customization reflecting Danone's branding.
- Personalization of 40 avatars to match attendees.
We made our Tropical Island campus available as a nod to their past seminar which took place in Tenerife. Sun, tropical islands, swimming pool, yacht allowed participants to relive an experience that is out of everyday life.
The Metaverse campus has both buildings for holding conferences and presentations but also a workshop room in which workshops are carried out in small groups thanks to the POST IT functionality in particular.
Outside of the work sessions, the teams were able to enjoy numerous activities: dancing on the beach, boat tour of the island, lounge on the Yacht etc…
